My Notion hacks

Reading time: 2 minutes

If you haven’t used it yet, I’ll give you some context of what Notion is. Basically, it is a workspace that allows you to take notes, add tasks, manage projects and more. The possibilities of this app allow you to manage your time and the tasks at hand more effectively. But that doesn’t mean that there are some hacks you can use to get even more out of Notion. Here are a few of mine:

Notion Pack: if you’re looking for document templates that you can change depending on your company or brand, this pack has what you need, from invoices to project timelines. So you don’t waste so much time creating what you need – just pick the template and customize it.

Reports for Notion: if you need interactive charts and graphs on your Notion pages, Vizydrop might be a good choice. It integrates perfectly with Notion and allows you to create from templates (or you can decide to start from scratch), plus it allows you to share and export the charts and tables you create.

Notion Automations: the best tool for automating processes in your Notion. You can synchronize your calendar with Notion, and in the future you can automate processes coming from Trello, Slack, Github, among others. Just create the automation rules and the work will be done for you.

Notion charts: quickly create tables and charts that integrate perfectly with Notion. You can customize not only the data, but also the visual appearance of your charts and graphs.

Bulletproof Notion Workspace: if you like the Bulletproff methodology, you can integrate it with your Notion. This way, you can organize information in a more comprehensive and, at the same time, flexible way.

Apption for Notion: here you can find mini apps that you can integrate with your Notion. You can find things from a Google Analytics app to a Twitter timeline, so you can customize Notion according to your needs.

Notion Growth Workspace: customizable templates for Notion, with a wide range of topics from fundraising, SEO, marketing, sales and project management.

Notion TrackerSuite: in addition to templates for Notion, you can access a 10-part course about Notion that will allow you to take full advantage of its features.

NotionMetrics: add metrics from Stripe, Rescuetime, Google Analytics, Convertkit, Plaid and Mailchimp to your Notion, quickly and intuitively.
